Under the patronage of President Masoud Barzani and the supervision of Mr. Shifa Barzani, General Supervisor of the Kurdish Diaspora, the 2026 Newroz Carnival was successfully held in the city of Bonn. The event was organized by the Confederation of the Kurdish Diaspora.

Contribution of the Kurdish Diaspora Women’s Federation (KDWF)
The Kurdistan Diaspora Women’s Federation played a central role in the success of the event. President Sherin Zaki, alongside board members and federation representatives including Necla Çamlıbel, Karina Wazir, and Xunav Hajol ed the preparation process with immense dedication and national pride.
