Celebrating International Women's Day – March 8
Kurdistan Diaspora Women's Federation in Norway

On March 8, the Executive Committee of the Kurdistan Diaspora Women's Federation in Norway, represented by Ms. Darya Khoshnaw, Head of the Norwegian Committee, and Ms. Evin Haji, Member of the Executive Committee, participated in a seminar marking International Women's Day.

The event commenced at 6:00 PM with the national anthem, Ay Raqib, followed by the reading of messages from various organizations and seminar organizers.

Ms. Darya Khoshnaw, as the head of the Federation in Norway, delivered a congratulatory message to the attendees and to women worldwide, with a special tribute to Kurdish women. She also gave a brief presentation on the history of International Women's Day, its significance, and the current status of Kurdish women.

The seminar, held in Jessheim, concluded at 11:00 PM with enthusiasm, cultural celebrations, and traditional dancing.
