Mr. Shifa Barzani Receives Delegation from SOS Menschenrechte and the Kurdistan Diaspora Women’s Federation to Discuss Refugee and Migration Projects

On May 24, 2025, Mr. Shifa Barzani, Supervisor General of the Kurdish Diaspora, received Ms. Shirin Zaki, President of the Kurdistan Diaspora Women’s Federation; Mr. Bernd Blanc, Supervisor General of Projects at SOS Menschenrechte; and Ms. Hewa Hussein, Director of Human Rights Projects at SOS Menschenrechte.

At the outset of the meeting, the delegation expressed their deep appreciation for Mr. Shifa Barzani’s ongoing support and extended their gratitude to the Barzani Charitable Foundation for its cooperation and coordination in supporting the upcoming project.

The visiting delegation then outlined the purpose of their visit, emphasizing the key areas of focus related to assisting refugees in camps and addressing migration-related issues.
