ڕژێمى بەعس لە ڕۆژى (١٦/٣/١٩٨٨) بەشێوەیەکى دڕندانە و بە چەکى کیمیاوى پەلامارى شارى هەڵەبجەى ئازیزی دا، زیاتر لە ٥٠٠٠ هەزار کەس لە ژن و پیاو و منداڵ بوونە قوربانى و هەزارانیتریش بریندار و بێسەرو شوێن بوون, سەرەڕاى بوونى زیانێکى زۆرى ژینگەیی کە هەیبوو، بەداخەوە تاوەکوو ئێستاش ئاسەوارەکانى ئەم کارەساتە بە گیان و جەستەی نیشتیمانەوە دیارن.
بەم بۆنەیەوە و بۆ ساڵیادی ئەم تاوانە ناخهەژێنە، جارێکیتر لێرەوە سەرى ڕێز لەبەردەم گڵکۆى شەهیدانى ئەم کارەساتە و سەرجەم شەهیدانی کوردستان دادەنوێنین و نەفرەت دەنێرین بۆ دوژمنانی مرۆڤایەتی و کوردستان.

Statement on the Anniversary of the Chemical Attack on Halabja
On March 16, 1988, the Ba'ath regime brutally attacked the city of Halabja with chemical weapons, resulting in the deaths of more than 5,000 people, including men, women, and children, and injuring thousands more. Unfortunately, the scars of this tragedy are still visible in the soul and body of the country.
On this occasion, as we commemorate this heartbreaking crime, we once again bow our heads in front of the graves of the martyrs of this tragedy and all the martyrs of Kurdistan. We condemn the enemies of humanity and Kurdistan.
