Strengthening Women’s Role in the Diaspora – Leadership Visit to Finland

On August 23, 2025, Dr. Ismail Kamil, President of the Kurdistan Diaspora Confederation, and Ms. Sharmin Bozarslan, Head of Organization of the Confederation, visited Finland together with Mr. Shirin Zaki, President of the Kurdistan Diaspora Women’s Federation, and Ms. Shahen Zada Ahmad, Vice President of the Federation.

The meeting highlighted the activities of the Women’s Federation and explored new strategies to better support and empower women within the Diaspora community.
